Wishing you all good luck in the match tonight. You can use it, with 0-2
behind :'(
We've just seen that it seems you're the only

I am participating in the TechTeam for the Dutch PirateParty. We needed
a place to assign, track and manage tasks and projects. The democratic
set-up and the overall interface seemed a perfect fit. However, the lack
of development is holding us a bit back.
Right now, I, being Rails developer, have two main targets:
* Getting it running on our servers. For which I need to strip some of
the obvious branding off the product: mostly static pages rewritten or
removed.
* Connecting it to our LDAP. So that our members, whom already reside in
our central database, get an account/login on the server without having
to register. For that I will remove rpx_now and replace it with either
Devise and LDAP, or some custim LDAP code. Depending mostly on the
technical details, which I have to find out, still.
If it proves to be the success whe think it coudl be, I will invest some
more effort, such as upgrading a few obvious gems, in-depth
security-reviewing and such. For that, I will try to get help from other
European Pirate Parties. Bettermeans sounds, in theory, like a
near-perfect match for such democratic groups.
But most of our effort will be maintainance: just keep it running smoothly.
