[Communicatie] Modernisering van dit Forum

Als PiratenPartij zouden we eigenlijk moderne innovatieve
software moeten gebruiken. In plaats daarvan maakt dit forum
gebruik van software dat sinds 1999 nauwelijks is gegroeid.

Het kan zo veel beter: namelijk met http://www.discourse.org/.
