Met andere woorden: zou je toestemming moeten hebben van de
rechthebbende om een link te plaatsen naar auteursrechtelijk
beschermd materiaal?<br>
Of: zou je moeten kunnen worden aangeklaagd voor het linken naar een
youtube video, zoals een homevideo van een hond met
auteursrechtelijk beschermde muziek op de achtergrond?<br>
