klinkt dat terughacken wel leuk en aardig tegen die ' Nigeria' -scammers
maar dat geld is toch al lang zoek. <BR></DIV>

wat nu als ze per ongeluk echt iets vinden bij het terughacken - FBI die op
'piracy' jacht is, de NSA die bedrijven afluisterd (Echelon), de chinesen die de
trojans uit hun chips in onze routers activeren, iraniers die onze cyber
certificate kraken etc. <BR></DIV>

zit ze opeens in een cyberwar waarin de europeze gasdistributie in Den Helder
onderuit gaat, zonder dat een minister van buitenlandse zaken of defensie (laat
staan het parlement) ooit geraadpleegd is. </DIV>

lijkt me belangrijk om het terughacken te beperken to financiele dilicten, en
een scheiding te maken tussen binnen-europese en internationale operaties, en de
laatste aan interpol/NATO/ EU over te dragen. <BR><SPAN></SPAN></DIV>
