Volgens mij heeft facebook inderdaad recht op de naam facebook, en mag hij het domein daardoor niet gebruiken. Het lijkt me wel raar dat facebook de rechten van het domein dan mag hebben en niemand het mag registeren, er bestaan toch ook domein trolls die voor geld hun geregistreerde domeinen verkopen.
