 en gemeenschapsoctrooigerechten niet verenigbaar is met het huidige 
verdrag voor de Europese Unie, en Europese wetgeving c.q richtlijnen.</span></div><div class="" id="magicdomid6"><br></div><div class="ace-line" id="magicdomid98"><span class="author-g-xqt4fz122zr5wvv0hz122zql">Het hof</span><span class="author-g-y5tc4oyebrpo0kct"> concludeert onder andere dat het Gemeenschapsoctrooigerecht</span></div>

 zijn steeds vaker problematisch en slecht voor  innovatie, juist daarom
 zou het uiterst onwenselijk zijn wanneer octrooiconflicten achter de 
rug van lidstaten om worden uitgevochten</span><span class="author-g-xqt4fz122zr5wvv0hz122zql">,</span><span class="author-g-y5tc4oyebrpo0kct">" zegt Samir Allioui. In het bijzonder maakt hij zich zorgen om het MKB, en jonge ondernemers </span><span class="author-g-xqt4fz122zr5wvv0hz122zql">die </span><span class="author-g-y5tc4oyebrpo0kct">verantwoordelijk zijn voor het gros van de </span><span class="author-g-xqt4fz122zr5wvv0hz122zql">E</span><span class="author-g-y5tc4oyebrpo0kct">uropese innovatie en werkgelegenheid.</span></div>
