There is also a complex legal framework that goes into place when someone is already extradited to one country and asked to be extradited to a another country, to start with both countries have to agree on extraditing him to the 3rd country, the crime has to respond to laws in the 2 countries that at least gives 2 years jail sentence and they need guarantees that it does not lead to a death sentence. The 2 governments can deny the request in any stage of the process so with enough political pressure (I am sure that will not be a problem considering the press coverage etc).<div>
<br></div><div>The current situation is that the UK judge was not happy with the lack of evidence that came with the allegations of rape considering the magnitude of such a crime so Sweden got a week to supply such evidence or he will be released against bail after the next court hearing next Tuesday (14th):</div>
