I really really really want this event to go trough. So I think it would be a good idea to make the boundary conditions very clear. So I hope you don't mind my questions. I will be in Spain till begin September but i'll be staying at my parents place so I have a normal landline for telephone aswell as interwebs. So please if you need things being arranged let me know. We should advertise this international! <br>
<br>First off, a few questions:<br><br>Who is going to finance it? <br>When is it going to take place?<br>Will the ship be sailing or will it be docked, if so where?<br>Will the ship have a full crew?<br>How many days will it be?<br>

How many sleeping places does the ship have?<br>What will be arranged concerning food and drinks?<br>What about power supply setup? <br>What kind of hardware should participators bring?<br>What should be crowdsourced? <br>
<br>Things to worry about:<br>- marketing ( dedicated forums, flyers, social media)<br>- Merchandise (things that we have left should be present) <br>- open calculation of costs (if pirateparty will be involved concerning financials)<br>
- theme, program, tournaments, speakers<br>- Power setup<br>- Food and drinks<br><br>If this is a serious project this should be well in order before we go any further so please let me know if I can be of any help...<br><br>
