Voorlopige, voornamelijk rommelige en slecht te volgen vertaling:<br>

de 10de district verkiezing van Yveslines, die volgt op het ontslag
van de hulppost van mevrouw Christin Boutin zal de Franse
piratenpartij deelnemen aan de verkiezing door haar kandidaat als
opvolger voor te stellen.<br>

<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font
style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2">Maxime
Rouquet(23) student specialist in IT, werkzaam als IT-er voor Orsay
en voormalig districtadvieseur voor het stadscentrum van Rambouillet
zal de kleuren van de “Parti Pirate” – De Franse tak van de
piratenpartij – het debat over de gebeurtenis van deze
kandidaatstelling indragen.<br>

Aangewezen
als zijn assistent zal Laurent le Besnerais(33) IT technicus en
voormalig game designer – op dit moment tussen banen in – zich
toewijden aan het coördinerende team achter de Internationale
Piraten Partij, waarin hij de “Parti Pirate” zal
vertegenwoordigen.</font></font></p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><br>
<font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size: 11pt;" size="2">Na
lang wachten is het dan eindelijk zover. Een dergelijke
kandidaatstelling is een sterk signaal, dat de drijfveer achter onze
politieke partij, en dan met name de vrije toegang tot cultuur en
informatie, de bescherming van de privacy, en de herziening van de
wetgeving rondom intelectueel eigendom en alle aan copyright en
patenten gerelateerde onderwerpen. Deze verkiezing vind plaats
tijdens de stemming over de HADOPI-wet en gaat de opening van het
debat over de nog komende LOPPSI-wet voor. Uiteindelijk zal dit
kandidaatschap de stemmen van alle burgers die de publieke keuzes van
de overheid bekend willen maken die Frankrijk in een permanente
recessie dwingen verzamelen.<br>

We
willen dat onze democratie modern wordt en up-to-date zal blijven.
Alleen binnen de Nationale Assemblee kunnen we de vrucht van
rationeel en verlicht denken over de samenleving die nu op het spel
staat verdragen. Een dusdanige actie zal een lange-termijn impact
hebben op gezondheidsbeleid, cultuur en de kwaliteit van een
democratisch debat.<br>

Elke
stem telt! Derhalve kunt U nieuwe ideeën promoten. We bouwen op een
ieder van u om uw maatschappelijke overtuigingen te delen en anderen
te overtuigen van onze zaak. Aangenomen dat een ieder van ons ze wil
heeft om zich in deze strijd te mengen en te stemmen kunnen we samen
ons nationale beleid voorzien van de broodnodige vernieuwing om de
uitdagingen van vandaag bij te kunnen benen en pro-actief klaar staan
om de uitdagingen die nog in het verschiet liggen aan te vallen.</font></font></p>

<div>Upon the occasion of Yvelines 10th district general partial
election , following the resignation from its deputy post of Mrs
Christine BOUTIN, the Parti Pirate will participate in the election, by
presenting its candidate to her succession.<br>
<br>
Maxime ROUQUET, age 23, Studying Engineer in IT Speciality in Orsay and
former district adviser for the city center of Rambouillet, will carry
the colours of the Parti Pirate inside the debate, on the occasion of
this candidacy.<br>
<br>
Designated as his deputy Laurent LE BESNERAIS, age 33, IT technician
and former Game Designer , presently between jobs, will dedicate
himself to the coordination team of the International Pirate Party ,
within which apparatus he will represent the Parti Pirate.<br>
Awaited for a long time, such candidacy is a strong signal, an
assertion of the driving values of our political action, namely the
free access to culture and information, the respect of citizens
private life, and the revision of the intellectual property
legislation, all so topical subjects when faced to to patents and
copyright protection. This election precisely takes place during the
voting period of the the HADOPI law, and precedes the opening of the
debate about the future LOPPSI law. Finally, this candidacy will gather
the votes of all citizens who wish to expose the government public
choices ,whose political measures drag our country in a permanent
regression.<br>
<br>
We want our democracy to become modern and to remain up-to-date. Only
within the National Assembly shall we be able to bear the fruit of a
rational and enlighted thinking on topic of society that are right now
at stake. Such an action will have a long term impact on health policy,
culture together with quality democratic debate.<br>

Each vote counts. Consequently, for you can promote new ideas, we rely
upon each and all of you to strongly assert your civic convictions .
Provided everyone of us has the will to involve himself and to vote,
Then shall we together become able to provide know our national policy
with the necessary renewal to meet today's challenges , and look
forward to achieving those to come.<br>
