Well we could technically suffice with just 12350 Euro as the payment of 
11250 euros to the kiesraad will be returned upon reaching 0.75% of just 
one single seat, however, that will only be returned -after- the elections 
and therefore money is needed for campaigning and promotion materials 
too, before the elections..
